In the early 2000s, Kemi Adetiba started her career as a radio jock on the popular Rhythm 93.7 FM. She soon became the voice Nigeria heard on two syndicated shows Soul'd Out and Sunday at the Seaside. She transitioned from radio to television appearing on Mnet's Studio 53 and the Temptation Nigeria game show but she solidified her presence as a household name as the host of the hit TV show Maltina Dance All.

Kemi is one of Africa's most successful directors. Her portfolio features an impressive selection of global icons and international commercial brands.

In 2016, Kemi released her first feature film " The wedding party". At the time of its release, the film spent seven weeks at the top of the box office and broke the record of the first Nigerian film to pass the 400,000,000 Naira mark. A feat that has only been achieved two more times since then.

Kemi Adetiba is also the founder of a web documentary series; King Women. King Women mentors and inspire young women. She interviews Nigeria’s powerful women in business to understand their challenges and how they have scale in business and life.
