Justice Adu

Co-Director, Oxford Africa Business Forum

Justice Adu is a Co-Director of the Oxford Africa Business Forum. Over the past seven years, Justice has worked as a management consultant, investment banker, and asset manager. His most recent role as a strategy consultant led him to work on 20+ engagements in 12 African markets. During this period, he became a project manager at Africa Foresight Group (AFG) where he was instrumental in establishing the African Hidden Champions project in partnership with the German Investment Corporation. As part of the project, Justice led teams to publish business case studies on thriving but relatively hidden commercial gems in Africa to attract investment and growth support for companies that are secretly building up the muscle for global leadership.

Justice is excited about building resilient ecosystems that support social enterprises in developing markets. As a student at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, Justice joined the Oxford Saïd Finance Lab and is a member of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship Impact Lab program. He is also a member of Sponsors for Educational Opportunities (SEO) Africa, joining the career program in 2014 after graduating from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana with a first-class degree in management studies. Justice sees the MBA program at Saïd Business School as a bridge to accelerating his international social impact consulting career.
