Lorraine Wright MBE is an award winning Business woman and an Execute MBA Graduate from the University of Oxford, who has and continues to make her mark both in the corporate and music world. Lorraine is a Director at UBS - a Swiss global financial services firm and alongside her day job she is committed to impacting and transforming lives through the power of music which she does through her businesses.​

Lorraine is an experienced Project, Program, Business and Event manager with a proven track record of leading large, cross-divisional, geographically dispersed and complex initiatives building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Lorraine is an ideas person and thrives in environments of autonomy and where she has multiple things on the go.

Since 2011, Lorraine has been responsible for delivering multiple multi-million pound tech projects for UBS, has spent 3 years working in Switzerland and is currently responsible for the digital platforms which facilitate the bank's social impact work through its Optimus Foundation and Community affairs efforts. Prior to UBS, Lorraine worked for Accenture.

Lorraine is the Director of Sales and Crowdfunding for a Google backed - fast growing Ghana based Agriculture Crowdfunding, Commodity trading and Crowdfarming platform that enables anyone to farm and generate returns from the comfort of their living room by sponsoring smallholder farmers to farm on their behalf! ​

In recognition of her achievements, Lorraine has been named a Black British Business Award Rising Star, a Ghanaian UK based achievement (GUBA) Community Champion and a Future of Ghana 30 under 30 Pioneer. Lorraine was named a Rising Star in the 2018 Powerlist of UK's most influential people of African or African Caribbean Heritage.
