Co-Founder, Bioloop

Bomi dictates the key strategic and research and development activities of Bioloop. Bioloop is a climate positive agri-tech company that produces low-cost agricultural inputs by upcycling organic waste. Bioloop operates a biorefinery that leverages the organic waste processing efficiency of Black Soldier Fly Larvae to produce animal feed, organic compost and clean energy. Bioloop aims to provide solutions to import dependence, food insecurity, and waste management inefficiency in Nigeria.  In 2021, Bioloop was recognized as part of the New York Times’ Climate Innovator Initiative cohort at COP26.  

Bomi holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Politics, Philosophy & Economics with a minor in French.

Prior to founding Bioloop he worked as a consultant at Sahel Consulting supporting the implementation of agricultural development projects across West Africa. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Politics, Philosophy & Economics with a minor in French.
