Ruka Sanusi is a chief executive and leadership advisor supporting enterprises and their leaders in the areas of strategy, operations and transformation, with a gender and climate action lens. A highly accomplished business leader with three decades of international consulting experience in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa, Ruka is currently the Executive Director of Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC), a pioneering national business incubator supporting enterprises in the small and growing business sector with advisory and financial support to make transitions to low carbon pathways.

Her distinguished international career includes employment with PwC, Commonwealth Secretariat, and Crown Agents, before founding Alldens Lane, west Africa’s first business advisory services firm providing advisory and executive coaching services to women entrepreneurs. A highly sought-after Speaker, Ruka has provided insights at several international forums, including a the UNGA and the World Bank Annual Meetings. She serves on several Boards of women-owned companies across Africa.
