Lucy is Co-Founder and COO of StepLadder, a fast growing and award-winning company pioneering collaborative finance and revolutionising the home buying process. Through their collaborative lending circles StepLadder are supporting people to buy their first home faster, reach their financial goals, and championing financial wellbeing. 

Lucy won the Female Founder award at Unbound Innovation 2019 and Innovator of the Year at the Women in IT awards and Fintech Champion at the Women in Finance awards 2020. She is an entrepreneurship expert with the Entrepreneurship Centre at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and an accredited executive coach.  She is also the Co-Founder of #RideTheWave which delivers a professional coach training programme to leaders, founders and people that want to make a difference in the world.
