Nouss Bih

Co-Chair, Oxford Africa Business Alliance

Nouss is an impact investing professional with a focus on investing capital in small and medium businesses and start-ups in Africa. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Saïd Business School (University of Oxford).

Before starting the MBA, Nouss was leading equity investment activities in Cote d’Ivoire for I&P (Investisseurs & Partenaires), an impact investment group dedicated to financing and supporting the growth of SMEs in sub-Saharan Africa. Her role as an Investment Manager was to source and execute investment opportunities in target companies based in Cote d’Ivoire, manage the portfolio of investees bringing them strategic assistance, and help them improve their ESG performance. She also took an active role in the fund’s advocacy efforts in favor of better access to funding for SMEs in Africa, through speaking engagements and training activities in the ecosystem.

Prior to working 6 years with I&P, Nouss had experience in investment banking with Banco Santander Chile, where she worked on the structuring of export credit loans and trade finance facilities for large Chilean corporates. She also previously worked with Société Générale, both in Paris and Santiago.

Nouss holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris).
